Ocean Trans Co., Ltd. won “Logistics Environment Loading Reduction Technological Development Award”

Four large ferries were built by Saiki Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., a company in our group. They have been evaluated and have been proven to be highly efficient, drastically saving energy.
Ocean Trans Co., Ltd. won “Logistics Environment Loading Reduction Technological Development Award” which is sponsored by Japan Association for Logistics & Transport in “The 17th Logistics Environment Award”.
Improvements in the vessels goes beyond just the function of a ferry, for example especially produced lashing devices for loading vehicles called ‘’SharLock’’, patented by our company, which achieves increased efficiency of cargo loading/unloading work and reduce the environment loading material necessary.
